Seminar on the advanced Danish farming technologies

Danish and Ukrainian stakeholders in the pig farming industry met in Kyiv to discuss advanced Danish farming technologies 

The Embassy of Denmark together with the Danish Agro and Food Council and 9 Danish leading companies in the pig farming sector met with representatives of the Ukrainian pig farming community, both key players and new investors. The day ended with the visit of the delegation to the Danish owned farm in the southern part of Kyiv region.  

At the seminar, Ambassador Mikkelsen underlined that Danish agriculture brings to Ukraine state-of-art production methods and technologies that helps reducing the climate impact. This is also highly relevant for Ukraine at a time when Ukraine’s participation in the European Green Deal is high on the political agenda.
