Meeting of the Danish Executive Network - business and investments in times of uncertainty

On the 26th of January, the Embassy of Denmark in Kyiv hosted an online town hall meeting with more than 100 participants of the Danish Executive Network (DEN) and other members of the Danish business community in Ukraine to discuss the current situation around Ukraine’s borders and the implications for trade and commerce.

DEN is the Embassy’s network for the Danish business community in Ukraine. 

Ambassador Ole Egberg Mikkelsen urged the business community to continue to keep calm, carry on and plan different scenarios. Members of the business community shared their experience from 2014.  

Defence Attaché Felix Ebbestad gave an update on Denmark’s support for Ukraine through the Peace and Stabilization program and underlined that Denmark is not moving any advisors: “We are not pulling out of Ukraine. We will stay here as long as necessary.”
